Membership Criteria

ROOM Membership is open to both senior leaders and women in the pipeline to executive leadership.

ROOM Members have:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, with a demonstrated trajectory toward leadership roles.
  • A proven track record of personal accomplishments (such as industry awards, publications, and/or community involvement), or demonstration of exceptional achievements in their respective field.
  • A genuine interest in networking with other members, offering mentorship, and participating in group events and activities.
  • The following titles: C-Suite, President, Vice-President, Director, Senior Manager, or comparable.
  • The ability to attend eight meetings per year in person. Currently, meetings take place in the downtown Toronto core, as well as the Halton region.
